Meet Rob Burr
Rob Burr
Rob is a teacher, trainer and assessor for the Academy of Fitness Business in Australia. He is also a co-founder and director of multiple highly successful UK based Personal Training companies that have formulated and implemented personal training systems in high profile commercial Health Clubs over the last decade.

As one would expect of an accredited international Master Trainer of FISAF, the world’s largest fitness organisation, Rob is not one to do things by halves and his education in exercise science, sports medicine and neuro-linguistic programming has enabled him to develop a holistic approach to the improvement of personal performance at both physical and mental levels.

In the Corporate world, Rob has, and continues to, work closely with a variety of clients who are top-performing Directors and Chief Executives from companies including; Unilever, Deloitte, Mastercard, Daimler Chrysler, British Petroleum, and Taj Group in India.

In the Celebrity world, Rob has consulted for Gwyneth Paltrow and Gerri Halliwell, worked with David Furnish, Fern Cotton, and Will Young (UK Pop Idol winner).

In the Professional Sports world, Rob has worked a variety of elite athletes, such as, track stars Marion Jones(USA), Gail Devers(USA), Dwaine Chambers(GBR), Michelle Collins(USA), and Beverly MacDonald(JAM). Also AFL development players, NRL pre- season assistance for the Sydney City Roosters, and the Queensland tennis academy in 2001.
